MGMT 508 Leadership and Change
This doctoral-level course in Leadership and Reinvention is designed to equip students with the essential skills and theoretical frameworks necessary to excel in leadership roles within complex healthcare environments that are dealing with constant change and disruption. Students will explore key concepts such as character and leadership, adaptive leadership, strategic planning with reinvention tools, and change management, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices and ethical decision-making.
