Honors Program

Anna G. Aguilera, PhD, Professor and Director of the Honors Program

The Simmons Honors Program is an interdisciplinary program that develops competent and inclusive thought leaders prepared to meet 21st century challenges. It engages motivated students by enriching the undergraduate experience of students in all majors through curricular, co-curricular; and extracurricular opportunities. Honors students explore complex and timely intellectual questions together, while being encouraged to develop depth in their chosen discipline and to broaden their knowledge through engagement with other departments and programs.
