NURS 101 Professional Nursing Concepts

This course facilitates the exploration of the five dimensions of nursing practice (scientific, technical, ethical, aesthetic, and existential) that are central to ‘being’, ‘thinking’, and ‘doing’ in nursing. The development of the nursing profession within a complex healthcare system will be examined. Foundational nursing concepts are integrated throughout the course.
