SPND 507 QBA Supervision and Seminar
This seminar examines the supervision and oversight of behavior analytic programs, the ethical standards required of behavior analysts, and treatment design considerations that ensure client goals are socially meaningful, incorporate input from relevant stakeholders, and support progress at a sufficient rate. Designed to complement students’ ongoing supervised practicum hours, the course provides both individualized and group supervision. Through topic-based discussions, collaborative problem solving, and practical case review, students deepen their understanding of ethical practice, professional competency, and effective treatment implementation within applied settings. Supervised fieldwork required.
