LIS 435 Music Librarianship
This course is designed for students interested in learning about music library management, organization, and information services. Included are principles of selection, acquisition, classification, and cataloging of music materials; sources used in music reference and research; and past and current trends and challenges in music librarianship. It is developed with a grounding in critical librarianship praxis in mind.
