Minor Requirements
The minor in Spanish consists of 5 courses (20 credits).
Students pursuing a minor must reach an advanced language level and therefore must take SPAN 245 Advanced Conversation and Composition which is the program foundation for more advanced work.
All courses for the minor must be done in Spanish unless the Program Director has pre-approved the course and allows to count it towards the total 20 credits of coursework. Students beginning the sequence for the minor at the 245 level must still complete a total number of 20 credits.
